Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit or debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa / Mastercard / Switch / Delta / Maestro / American Express & PayPal. We take payment for any personalised items before processing. You may send your credit card information via phone, we do not recommend fax, snail mail or email. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a payment received confirmation. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Please Note: If for any reason the details or images are not received by us for any reason and a refund is requested by the customer there will be an administration and handling charge of 5% or minimum of £5. |

Delivery Schedule
We endevour to ship all standard orders within 48 hours (business days). Personalised orders may atke 7 to 10 days to be completed, but completed as soon as possible. International orders are generally received in under 14 days. |

All time and tide mechanisms are covered by our 1 year guarantee from the date of purchase - The cover is for the function of the mechanism, but excludes damage corrosion caused by battery acid leakage. Returns Policy
You may return an item up to 7 (seven) days after you have received it. (This excludes personalised items for which your rights are explained below) Items must be unused and unopened. We do not refund any postage charges, but if the goods are returned for exchange, the replacement will be shipped free of charge. Faulty items may be returned at any time up to one month after a purchase, we will refund the purchased goods only, not the postage. Please email us at: returns@xarim.com before returning any products, we will issue a returns number for your account. You must use traceable returns postage, or as a minimum obtain a proof of posting. We cannot be held responsible for any returned items not being received. Please Note: Shipping is a contract separate from the purchase of any goods and therefore is a non refundable expense should an item be returned for any reason.
