How to Order: Please complete your purchase you then receive an automatic email with your Unique Order Number and request to submit your picture, this is to ensure Your Order has Your Picture - there is no facility to send pictures before, or during a purchase.

1, Select the item you require, if it has a choice i.e. Colour choice, Shape, Size, or Text Box.

2, After you have completed the order through our "Checkout" an automatic email is sent to the email address you enter during your purchase, this has your unique order number and requests you reply with your picture as an attachment. There is no facility to send your photo before completing your order.
This prevents the wrong image going on the wrong order.
If you are unable send pictures by attachment; print out your order and send by post. (We return your pictures with your order) Prints, negatives, slides, or drawings are acceptable.

3, Our payment providers offer the highest level of security. You can pay with most Debit or Credit Cards or there is also the PayPal facility, which also offers card payments without a PayPal account.

4, We pride our selves in offering a very fast service; most standard completed orders are shipped within 48 hours. Larger and some personalised orders may take a little longer, but be assured we endeavour to get your order to you as fast as possible.

5, Please take note of the sizes for the item to be printed, images below 250Kb may show some pixilation on larger items. Low quality {small file sizes} can produce poor reproduction results.
Submitting images in anything other than bitmap or jpg format may cause compatibility difficulties, we recommend that PDF or Word files are avoided as the resolution quality, colours and fonts may produce disappointing results.
We cannot accept or be held responsibility for the quality of images customers submit, nor will we refund any work that may be of disappointing results. The reproduction is not a photographic process and should not be compared as such, different items with different substrates result in different reproduction qualities.

Important Information

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.

COLOUR MATCHING. It is NOT possible to offer colour matching. The process of image transfer is not photographic. Whilst 99% customers are completely satisfied - If colour matching is important we suggest you purchase a single item first, before making a volume order.
Each substrate (article surface) has different properties; the same colours can not always be achieved from one product surface to another. e.g. The same picture on a hard surface placemat and a tea- towel, or mouse mat may show different depths of colours or even colours.

BLACK & WHITE IMAGES are printed by a colour process, therefore images may sometimes show a colour tint of blue, red, or green, depending on the contrast and brightness of the original, it is impossible to prejudge the colour effects and express that once an item is printed it cannot be adjusted; this said the majority of customers express their satisfaction.

SHAPES, most items include dimensions. It is important to consider dimensions and shapes when submitting your pictures. i.e. Rectangle pictures going on to square or round items will need to be cropped, without specific instructions this will be done at our discretion - images require a 5mm bleed (oversize) to allow for positioning. No responsibility can be accepted by us for any alignment or positioning after production.

USAGE, every effort is made to provide the best quality items for their price. We can not be held responsible for the users handling of the finished items. i.e. Microwave Cookers, Dishwashers, Household Products, etc. Note that once an item has been personalised it cannot be changed or modified. We will NOT refund, or reproduce, any personalised items that may not be to the recipient's expectations. If you consider these terms and conditions are unacceptable, we recommended that you do not enter into a personalised production agreement, that said we suggest you read our customers feedback, "Testimonials" most customers are highly satisfied.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK - PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER:
Restrictions exist in some countries were you are not permitted products with certain properties. i.e. Australia does not permit the import of wooden products, therefore you should not make a purchase of any products like wood surround clocks with the intention of having it shipped to you in Australia.
We are unable to monitor all orders and their destinations, we cannot be held responsible for shipping orders that may be confiscated on arrival to its country of destination.
